RELIEF PACKAGE 4 x SESSIONS

Feel a dramatic relief in your body with 4 X SESSIONS with me FACE-TO-FACE or ONLINE via Zoom in the comfort of your home.

Each SESSION is 60 minutes and includes posture alignment photos which we will discuss with you before going through specific exercises for you to improve your posture. After each session, you will receive a personalised exercise menu with links to the instructions sent via e-mail and a commitment to do these exercises once a day. As a personalised touched you will also be contacted by me via sms to see how you are going once through the week.
